“Kids 4 Change” was an idea started by 11-year-old Cartier. With some help from friends, Cartier has been hosting a lemonade stand each week—using the earnings from each outing to buy diapers for struggling single parents. Now the internet is taking notice of Cartier’s cause and families from beyond Virginia are requesting his diaper assistance.
Last week, Cartier was able to fill up a 15-foot truck with diapers and wipes! But to keep up with all the requests, his family started a virtual lemonade stand so that supporters across the country can “buy a cup” and help even more families access the items they need.
