“MAANA SER BONITO – BICHOTA SEASON” celebrates the gifts she created in collaboration with her fanbase.
Karol G has once again proven herself to be a musical force to be reckoned with, with her signature blend of infectious beats, emotionally charged lyrics, and a voice that effortlessly transitions between tender melodies and fierce anthems.
The album follows her last single hit “S91,” which reached the top 10 on Billboard’s “Hot Latin Songs” chart, demonstrating the artist’s evolution and ability to view moments of uncertainty as times when new opportunities emerge after overcoming the trials and tribulations that life can sometimes offer.
Karol G continues to solidify her position as one of the most influential and groundbreaking artists of her generation, thanks to her undeniable charisma and an ever-expanding global fanbase, including her participation in the Barbie movie soundtrack with her song “Watati.”
Karol announced her highly anticipated return to the stage earlier this year with her “MAANA SER BONITO” Stadium Tour.

Karol G fans have known about new music for a few weeks, thanks to the release of her new single and video “S91.”
In the accompanying video, she battles wild animals and driving opponents. G is pitted against a pack of wolves and people chasing her through the desert in the video directed by Pedro Artola. In another scene, she roars down the highway, challenging a male driver, before floating in a pool surrounded by animated sharks.
Ovy on the Drums produced the track, which was inspired by Psalm 91. The Colombian singer’s lyrics, which soar over trap and EDM elements, deliver messages about overcoming adversity.
Martha Navarro, Karol G’s mother, was overcome with emotion after watching her daughter’s latest music video.
“Why did you start crying?” Karol G asks her mom in a new clip posted on TikTok after she watches the video next to her daughter. “Did your dad watch it already?” Martha asks Karol G. “Tell me what it reminded you of,” the singer says to her mom while recording her sweet reaction.
“My mom took us to school all her life and she taught us to pray Psalm 91 every time we left home in the mornings,” Karol G previously said, adding that “those were sacred words of protection.”
At the end of the music video, the singer can be seen repeating the protection prayer, which causes her mother to cry after learning that she named the song after the special moment and included it in the video.
