Amy Coney Barrett Couldn’t Name All Five Freedoms Guaranteed in First Amendment

Donald Trump’s US Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett is taking more questions from members of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday after Tuesday’s first round of Q&A.

During Wednesday’s questioning, Republican Senator Ben Sasse threw Amy Coney Barrett a very slow fastball question and she struck out.

Amy Coney Barrett was unable to name all five freedoms guaranteed in First Amendment.

Amy Coney Barrett refuses to admit that a president can’t delay an election. She won’t say that voter intimidation is illegal. She can’t name the five freedoms guaranteed in the First Amendment to the Constitution. Not only is her nomination illegitimate, but she’s unqualified.
