The superstar entertainer wrote a letter to Kentucky AG Daniel Cameron, demanding criminal charges against the three police officers involved in Breonna Taylor’s death.
Breonna Taylor died on March 13, when police officers executed a no-knock warrant at her apartment in Louisville, Kentucky, and shot her eight times while she was sleeping.
Beyonce stated,
“With every death of a Black person at the hands of the police, there are two real tragedies: the death itself, and the inaction and delays that follow it. This is your chance to end that pattern.”
