A confrontation at Taste of Heaven Espresso escalated dramatically when a customer threw his drinks at a bikini barista, prompting her to retaliate with a hammer on his car. The incident took place at the South Seattle coffee stand owned by 23-year-old Emma Lee.

The altercation began when the male customer expressed dissatisfaction with the $22 price tag for his 32-ounce coffee and 24-ounce water. His complaints quickly turned aggressive, culminating in him throwing his beverages at Lee.

Lee responded by taking a hammer to the man’s vehicle, causing significant damage. She later addressed the situation on Instagram, highlighting the dangers faced by women in the bikini barista industry.

“[Women] work alone in this industry, wearing nearly nothing and interacting with men (most of which we don’t know) all day,” Lee wrote. “The majority of people we meet throughout our shifts are kind, respectful, and overall amazing humans! However, on occasion, we see the ones that think it is appropriate to get violent both verbally and physically.”

Lee mentioned that this particular customer had a history of aggressive behavior but had never before escalated to physical violence. “This wasn’t his first time being aggressive but it is the first time he’s ever gotten physically violent with me. He had gotten what he had paid for and was mad about the price,” she explained.
