Chance The Rapper is in talks to join the cast of the live-action film, Sesame Street, with Anne Hathway, as per Variety.

The movie takes us on a journey as the beloved characters join forces with Sally Hawthorne to prove that Sesame Street does exist after they were mysteriously expelled from their neighborhood.

Chance has been booked and busy. He is set to host the Punk’d revival, and he recently played himself in Netflix’s, Between Two Ferns. This new gig marks the Hip Hop star’s second major acting role. He previously starred in A24’s horror-comedy, Slice.

The movie is coming to theaters on January 15th, 2021.
