Chelsea Tavares Talks All American, Quarantine Hobbies, and More

Chelsea Tavares started off her career guest starring in the series The District and The Practice. In 2004, she joined Unfabulous as a recurring cast member in the first season before becoming a series regular the final two seasons.

Shortly after she joined the main cast of another Nickelodeon series Just Jordan, in show’s second and final season.

Tavares’ has other television acting credits include Zeke and Luther, CSI: Miami, Bones, Lethal Weapon, The Middle and Ringer. In 2011, she appeared in the feature film Fright Night.

Tavares is most known for her role as Patience in the CW show All American. She plays Coop’s love interest. Patience is also recording artist, who has high and low moments in her relationship like most people. In season 2, Patience broke up with Coop because Coop was tripping and being controlling. Later on in the season, you’ll see Patience throwing a gun in the river to protect Coop from the cops which actually could had help Coop prove her case that she is innocent.

She also plays Birdie in the hit show Queen of the South and portrayed Jasmine in Solace.
