Christina Anthony (Comedy Central’s “Key & Peele” & “Mash Up”, CBS All Access’ “Why Women Kill) currently stars as Aunt Denise on ABC’s MIXED-ISH, that returned for its second season last month.
We had the opportunity to interview the Mixed-Ish star about season 2.
Anthony has an extensive background in theatre and comedy, and is perhaps best known as an alum of the Second City e.t.c. Chicago, where she co-wrote three award-nominated sketch revues and performed thousands of shows.
As a writer, her original comedy pilot was a finalist in the TBS & Refinery29 RIOT Comedy Writers Lab; and she frequently contributes to the Paper Machete, a live magazine.
She performs stand-up all over L.A. and improvises with the eponymous Black People.
