‘Clueless’ actress Stacey Dash arrested for domestic battery in Forbes -

TMZ reports that law enforcement sources tell them the “Clueless” actor was busted Sunday in Pasco County — where she owns a home — after getting into a squabble with her new husband, Jeffrey Marty, and allegedly putting hands on him. Police were called to their home around 7:45pm to respond to a domestic dispute between Dash and Marty. TMZ says their sources say Stacey Dash allegedly pushed and slapped her husband and that’s when officers arrived … they saw scratches on his left arm. Dash was taken into custody, where she’s currently being held on $500 bail. We hear that in these types of incidents, the local authorities often hold people for a 24-hour cooling-off period. If you missed it, the now not-so-happy couple got married last spring in a secret wedding ceremony in Florida. Not much is known about Marty, other than the fact that he’s a lawyer.
