Coco Gauff becomes the youngest woman to reach a Grand Slam quarterfinal since 2006.

She also becomes youngest American to reach a Grand Slam quarterfinal since Venus Williams at the ’97 US Open. Venus also made the final in New York that year.

Gauff won the battle of the former junior Roland Garros champions 6-3, 6-1 against Jabeur!

Gauff, who wrapped up victory in 53 minutes, will now play Barbora Krejcikova for a place in the French Open semi-final.
