Daniel Joel Rosen, the owner of Exotics & Aquatics in Roanoke, Virginia assaults a black woman who was trying to get a refund.

In the video, Daniel Joel Rosen picks her up off the ground and throws her out of the store. The woman claimed after the incident, she had a court hearing and they dismissed the assault and battery charge because his attorney said she was erratic and was looking for issues.
