Dr. Susan Moore Dies From COVID-19 After Making A Video Claiming IU North Hospital Mistreated Her For Being Black

Dr. Susan Moore died today from COVID-19, but how she died is unacceptable. She posted a video to Facebook from IU North Hospital in Carmel, Indiana days before her death about mistreatment.

“This is how black people get killed when you send them home and they don’t know how to fight for themselves.”

It appears to be a data point about the impact of systemic racism in our healthcare systems.

Dr. Susan Moore was was only 52 years old.
