Drake signs Naomi Sharon years later after the Jamie Sun controversy -

Jamie Sun is probably crying in a room right now after finding out his ex-girlfriend Naomi Sharon signed with the man he accused her of cheating on him a few years ago.

Sharon is the first female artist to sign with Drake’s OVO Sound record label. She released two new singles, “Another Life” and “Celestial,” both produced by Drake’s ride-or-die producer Noah “40” Shebib.

The OVO boss announced the news by posting a picture of Naomi Sharon on Instagram with a caption that said, “I been waiting for this day for too long now where the world finally gets to digest the insane amount of work you have put in since we met. My dear friend just dropped her single Another Life on OVO SOUND.”

Naomi Sharon expresses her excitement about signing with Drake’s record label with a comment underneath Drake’s post about her. She says, “I will be forever thankful for this insane opportunity you gave me. Finally, we can share this with the world. Big love.”

The Toronto artist and Dutch artist got into some controversy, a few years ago after Sharon’s ex-boyfriend, Jamie Sun, took to the internet to accuse her of cheating on him with Drake after he flew them out to work on his “Certified Lover Boy” album. Naomi Sharon and Jamie Sun were engaged and together for over eight years.

Drake is known for taking other men’s girls and then taking shots at them in songs, and it appears he might have done it to Jamie Sun as well. On Nicki Minaj’s ‘Seeing Green’ record featuring Lil Wayne and Drake. The Toronto artist had some interesting lyrics that could have been subliminal at Jamie Sun. Drake says, known her eight years, and still, fuck her like a new husband,” in Nicki’s song, which made headlines.
