Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson lays the people’s elbow down on the “Fast & Furious” franchise.

The Fast and the Furious” fans will no longer be able to smell what The Rock is cooking. Dwayne Johnson confirmed that he will not return to the movie franchise. Questions about his return resurfaced recently when co-star Vin Diesel publicly posted on Instagram that he wanted Johnson to return.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson accused Vin Diesel of “manipulation” in a recent interview with CNN. Diesel attempted to get him him to reprise his role as Luke Hobbs for the franchise 10th and 11th “Fast & Furious” film.

The “Red Notice” star also revealed that he met with Vin Diesel and his partners at Universal Pictures to let them know why he isn’t returning to the franchise. He also didn’t like how Diesel brought his kids and Paul Walker death into this situation.

Johnson wishes his former cast members and crew the best of luck during their next chapter. He also told CNN that his goal all along was to end my amazing journey with this incredible ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise with gratitude and grace.
