GlaxoSmithKline terminates an employee who went viral on social media after going on a homophobic rant on an American Airlines flight, which was departing from Philadelphia to Dallas Fort Worth on Tuesday. The employee was reportedly drunk during the incident.
Zachary Easterly is the former GlaxoSmithKline that was seen on the video being a drunken homophobic on the plane. Easterly was easily identified after he proudly revealed to other passengers that he worked for GlaxoSmithKline.
Easterly was caught on video calling other passengers “liberal faggots.” The person who recorded the situation claims Easterly said the N-Word to the flight attendants before pulling their phone out to record.
GlaxoSmithKline said in a tweet that it launched an immediate investigation, and the employee was quickly terminated for the incident.
