A former employee of the New York State Office of Mental Health caught on video abusing her child now faces multiple assault charges.
The woman seen abusing her child has been identified as Gabrielle Xlander, who once worked as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Binghamton, New York.

The Broome County District Attorney’s Office charged Xlander with assault in the second degree; a violent felony, and attempted assault in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child on February 22nd.
Gabrielle Xlander rejected a plea deal from the Broome County District Attorney’s Office in which she would had avoided jail time and serve a five year probation if she would have pleaded guilty to second degree assault.

She deserves every beating she gets in jail. No child deserves to be treated like that. I understand the boyfriend needed proof and I’m glad he was there to stop her but the sad part is he had to let it go on so far for the proof needed for her to be arrested and removed from her daughters life.

She already HAD the opportunity through a plea deal the DA offered to get off with no jail and she arrogantly refused it! She actually had the balls to plead “not guilty” so she heads to a trial. I PRAY there is an jury involved because seeing that video is ALL the proof you need for a conviction!
