Indiyah Polack from the reality show “Love Island” has now been accused of infidelity after she was spotted kissing Twitch streamer “Marlon Garcia” mere weeks before she parted ways with her boyfriend of long standing, Dami Hope.
The video was recorded on the 3rd of December 2025 at Duck & Waffle and went public on the 10th of January 2026, a few days after news emerged that Indiyah and Dami had split after three years together.
The video was shared with Dami before the public release.
According to news reports, the video was given to Dami and a blogger by a fan who witnessed what was taking place before it leaked across the internet. Reports initially emerged that Indiyah and Marlon were kissing in the restaurant and left together in the early hours.
The situation escalated after a YouTube video creator named Bouncer uploaded a video claiming that Indiyah cheated.
Indicative quotes from Bouncer’s video show that he claims that Indiyah and Marlon “openly kissing, touching, and giggling” in public. He also states that a third person told him that: “Marlon went to the bathroom, and Indiyah followed, and they left the restaurant around 4 a.m.”
Breakup described as “Breach of Trust
Indiyah has yet to speak out about the split and the video. A spokesperson for Dami has confirmed the split came about following a “breach of trust.”
According to a source quoted in the Daily Mail, “The couple sadly decided to split ways after three years of being together. This split has been particularly upsetting as their lives were so entwined.”
The source also added that neither Indiyah nor Dami will appear on Love Island: All Stars, with Indiyah focusing on hosting her podcast. At the same time, Dami isn’t interested in returning.

Recently, Dami posted a cryptic tweet that many fans believe is about the split:
“Resentment is weird because yes, I want to forgive you wholeheartedly, but my mind is struggling to comprehend why you did that to me.”
Dami also posted a year-end message at the end of 2025, which did not feature Indiyah. He referred to growth, loss, and clarity, and stated that 2026 was the year of peace and progress.
However, even after the split, both Indiyah and Dami follow each other on Instagram and haven’t hidden images of their romantic relationship.
Marlon Reacts, Insists On Single Status
After the video went viral online, Marlon talked about the situation on his stream. He denied doing anything wrong and said he was single when the video was recorded.
“I don’t know why I’m saying this when there’s nothing to address,” he said. “Somebody recorded me kissing a girl. I was 24 years old and single at the time, not talking to anybody. What are we talking about here?”
There are also reports that Marlon has a live-streamer girlfriend named Yonna, who has been looking upset over the whole thing.
