Is Ashton Sanders An Underrated Actor?

Ashton Sanders has phenomenal movie out on Netflix, ‘All Day and A Night‘ is easily one of best projects the streaming titan has released so far this year.

The film follows Sanders character Jahkor, who never wanted to be like his father (Jeffrey Wright, Westworld), and his father never wanted to see his son in prison. Yet somehow finding themselves together as inmates seemed inevitable. In an unlikely journey of self-discovery, Jakhor explores the dangerous world that unites them, hoping to help his newborn son break a cycle that feels inescapable. A film by Black Panther co-writer Joe Robert Cole, ALL DAY AND A NIGHT co-stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Watchmen).

This is easily one of the best (if not the best) acting performances of this year. This film proved Sanders is one of the best young actors in the business. Sanders has also starred in Straight Outta Compton, Native Son, Wu-Tang: An American Saga, and Oscar winning movie Moonlight. Sanders also will be appearing in the Untitled Fred Hampton project.

Every project Sanders has been apart has impacted cinema. Which leaves us asking “Is Ashton Sanders Underrated?,” well he he is underrated. Hopefully, Sander gets more opportunities in leading roles and more roles in general.
