Pixar’s upcoming movie ‘Luca’ will be on Disney+ free of charge to subscribers on June 18th. Set in the beautiful fictional town of Portorosso on the seaside Italian Riveria, ‘Luca’ is a beautiful coming of age story. The film follows the title character ‘Luca’ on an unforgettable summer complete with gelato, vespas, and sea monsters. Luca (voiced by Jacob Tremblay) shares these adventures with his new found friend Alberto (voiced by Jack Dylan Grazer) dream of an endless summer all while keeping a secret: they are sea monsters from underwater world right below the surface.

We had the opportunity to speak with Jim Gaffigan who voices the role of Lorenzo Paguro a.k.a. Luca’s dad. Jim told us about what is was like working with Maya Rudolph who plays his wife in the film, summers and as kid and more.

Luca premieres on Disney+ June 18th, 2021.
