Las Vegas Teen Accused of Raping A ‘Barely Conscious’ Girl While Friends Filmed and Laughed

A Las Vegas teen is accused of raping a drunken schoolgirl who was “barely conscious” while others filmed and laughed as she reportedly pleaded with the teenager to stop.

17-year-old Aiden Cicchetti initially denied having sex with the girl in the back of her car but broke down in tears when confronted with three videos later sent to her, according to an arrest report obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The short clips showed her “barely conscious” and telling Cicchetti to “stop,” according to the police.

The girl met Cicchetti on a “party bus” in Las Vegas and claimed she had no recollection of having sex with him before viewing the videos.

According to the report, she claimed that after Cicchetti gave her alcohol, she felt “dizzy and nauseous,” had blurred vision, and woke up in his kitchen wrapped in a towel with her pants and underwear missing.

She initially thought it was a joke when he later messaged her on social media and made reference to them having sex, according to the documents. However, someone subsequently sent her the videos while cruelly writing, “LMAO look what I found on my phone,” according to the report.

Before going to the cops, the unidentified girl told her friends and a school wellness counselor. Her age was not stated in the report, and the name of her school was omitted.

Cicchetti’s mother, an attorney, was with him during police interviews when he began to cry and admit he was the boy in the videos, according to the report.
