Louisiana Police Officer Caught On Camera Pinning A 13-Year-Old Black Teen To The Ground With His Arm Around His Neck

Baton Rouge police were filmed pinning a 13-year-old Black boy with an arm around his neck, as someone says: “You’re choking him!”

Police say there was a “disturbance.” They arrested two minors, one for alleged battery of an officer.

The city petitioned to make the bodycam public.
