Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer Announces Curfew Ahead of Breonna Taylor Announcement

Attorney General Daniel Cameron will be making an announcement today to the public. He will be revealing if they are going to charge the officers who killed Breonna Taylor.

Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer has announced a curfew for Jefferson County that will last from 9 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. for the next 72 hours.

Police Chief Robert Schroeder said the National Guard has been activated, and Louisville police will be getting assistance from multiple law enforcement partners. Louisville Metro Government buildings will also be closed through Thursday.

Greg Fischer also declared a state of emergency for the Metro ahead of a looming decision in the Breonna Taylor case.

It seems like they will not be charging the officers who blatantly killed Breonna Taylor. They spent the last six months allegedly try to cover these officers up. They even went as far to offer Taylor ex boyfriend, Jamarcus Glover a plea deal if he would have said Taylor was apart of his drug operation.

This is the most clear cut case and yet we expect no justice to be served to Breonna Taylor. They pretty much gave Breonna Taylor family a $12 million dollar settlement that will be coming out of (taxpayers money) for her death.
