Lovie Simone Will Star As Wendy Robbins In ‘The Walk’

Lovie Simone will portray Wendy Robbins in Daniel Adams’ ‘The Walk’, according to the film IMDB Page.

The film follows a Boston Irish cop named Bill Coughlin as he is faced with fierce social pressure after being assigned to protect black high school students as they are bused into all-white South Boston High during the court-ordered forced integration of the Boston School System in 1974 which resulted in brutal violence and city-wide protests.

Terence Howard, Katie Douglass, Malcolm McDowell, and Justin Chatwin are set to Star alongside Lovie Simone. The film was written by Adams and George Powell. Adams also is at the helm of this film.

‘The Walk’ is in post production and is expected to release in 2022.
