Marc Wilson Could Be Sent To Prison For Possibly Defending Himself

22-year-old, Marcus “Marc” Wilson has spent over 180 days in the Bulloch County Jail. Wilson is facing felony murder and aggravated assault charges for the death of Haley Hutcheson.

He fired the shot that struck Hutcheson in the back of the head as she rode with four other teenagers in a pickup truck.

Wilson feared for his life after a truck full on teenagers including Hutcheson were allegedly calling him a n*gger, throwing beer bottles at Wilson vehicle, and eventually we’re trying to run him off the road.

After spending over 180 days in jail, Marc Wilson immunity hearing is currently going on as of right now.
