Michael B. Jordan Joins Christian Bale and Margot Robbie in David O. Russell’s Untitled New Drama

David O. Russell’s upcoming film has cast Margot Robbie (Birds of Prey), and now The Hollywood Reporter just reported Michael B. Jordan (Creed 2) has also joined the film that began with Christian Bale.

Russell is writing and directing this project, this will be the third time Russell will be collaborating with Christian Bale. The two previous times is when Christian Bale won Academy Award for his role in The Fighter and the movie American Hustle. The details of Russell project are being kept under the rug for now.

Robbie can currently be seen in Birds of Prey, which opened at number one at the worldwide box office with $81 million. Robbie was recently nominated for best supporting actress at the Oscars for her role in Bombshell. She also played a part in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. She also lends her voice talents to the upcoming Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway, and is currently filming The Suicide Squad with director James Gunn.

Jordan can currently be seen in the well-received legal biopic Just Mercy alongside Jamie Foxx (Baby Driver) and will next be seen in the Tom Clancy adaptation Without Remorse, which is set to hit theaters on September 28. He’s also a executive producer for Raising Dion, which just got renewed for season 2.
