Hulu has unveiled the trailer for its upcoming comedy series, “Not Suitable for Work,” written and created by Mindy Kaling, which premieres on June 2nd.
The series centers on five twenty-somethings in Murray Hill, Manhattan, whose careers and private lives consume them as they strive for success and happiness outside the workplace.
The series was created and executive-produced by Mindy Kaling with Charlie Grandy, who will also serve as the show’s showrunner. “Not Suitable for Work” is a joint production of Kaling International and Warner Bros. Television, which have overall agreements with Kaling and Grandy, respectively.
The ensemble cast includes Ella Hunt, Avantika, Will Angus, Jack Martin, Nicholas Duvernay, and Jay Ellis, with recurring roles played by Victor Garber, Greg Germann, Judy Gold, Ego Nwodim, Harry Richardson, Constance Wu, Laura Bell Bundy, May Hong, Bhavesh Patel, Emilia Suárez, and Michael Benjamin Washington.
“Not Suitable for Work” premieres with three episodes on June 2nd, after which two more episodes will follow every week. The show concludes with six episodes on June 23rd and can be streamed on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+, available only to bundle users in the US and to Disney+ users internationally.
