Last Sunday, a woman was shot and killed in Akron, Ohio while she was sitting at a stop light.
Na’kia Crawford was the victim that passed away last night, according to the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office. She was just 18 years old and just recently graduated from high school. She was going to attend Central State University in the Fall.
According to Cleveland.com, Police arrived to the area of North Howard and North streets in Akron’s Cascade Valley neighborhood, just north of downtown. Officers found the victim in her car with multiple apparent gunshot wounds.
Paramedics brought the victim to Summa Akron City Hospital, where she died.
No one has been arrested and the police are still investigating this case.
