Nathalie Kelley Speaks on ‘The Baker and The Beauty,’ Exiting Dynasty, and Answers Fan Questions

Nathalie Kelley challenges herself with each new role and continues to evolve with each project she takes on. Kelley is currently starring as Noa Hamilton in the new ABC series “The Baker and the Beauty,” an hour-long romantic comedy based on the Israeli series of the same name. It follows the impossible Miami love story between a simple baker played by Victor Rasuk and international superstar Noa Hamilton.

Most recently, Kelley stared as Cristal Flores Carrington in The CW reboot of the 1980s series “Dynasty” and in the final season of the hit CW television series “The Vampire Diaries” in the role of Sybil. Her past other TV credits include supporting roles in ABC police procedural “Body of Proof” and the first season of the Lifetime drama series “Unreal.”

On the big screen, Kelley received her breakout role as Neela opposite Vin Diesel in the 2006 worldwide hit film “The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift,” the third installment of “The Fast and the Furious” franchise. Her other film credits include the retro comedy film “Take Me Home Tonight,” which starred Topher Grace, Anna Faris and Teresa Palmer.

On the music scene in 2010, Kelley played the love interest in the music video for the Bruno Mars song “Just the Way You Are.” The video has amassed more than 1 billion streams on YouTube.

Kelley was born in Lima, Peru, to a Peruvian mother and an Argentine father. She moved to Sydney, Australia, when she was 2 years old. She speaks multiple languages and has a strong interest in the arts, culture, music and design.
