Netflix Accused of Colorism Over the Magic School Bus Reboot

Netflix Magic School Bus reboot is receiving backlash on social media. Some reflected on the old and new Ms. Fizzle. Others on social media are currently shredding the streaming giant over the color change of certain characters.

Keesha Franklin and Tim Wright were dark skin characters in the classic Magic School Bus. The new characters are light skin. Some believed they pulled an “Aunt Vivian” on Keesha and Tim.
