The man who allegedly shot seven people dead and was killed himself by police in West Texas on Saturday has been identified by AP, CBS and the Wall Street Journal as Seth Ator, a 36-year-old white male.
Odessa Police Chief says he refuses to name the gunman during a live press conference that is being live-streamed.
He will, however, provide the name of the suspected gunman off camera. The death toll is up to eight. Victims ranged in age from fifteen to fifty-seven.

Law enforcement made sure they erased all of his social media and online footprints before they announced his name today.
This is how suspected white supremacists stay on code with each other and protect each other’s actions.
Who knew Seth Ator, why did law enforcement and government wait to identify him publicly and why was his social media footprint been scrubbed online since his killing spree was obviously, for whatever motivated him, another act of white domestic terrorism? What are they hiding here?People are stating that Seth Ator's online information has been scrubbed before his name was released to the public.

People are also spreading lies that he was 1) Jewish 2) a registered Democrat, etc. Here's a screenshot of his page at the MyLife website. pic.twitter.com/OwabNaNrXU
