Olivia Wilde spoke about her first ever editorial debut and push for more female directors in Hollywood. According to Wilde, in the last ten year only 4% of studio films were directed by women. That number needs to rise significantly because women our natural creators. They create life and great movies like BookSmart.

Kaitlyn Dever also believes high school and college students shouldn’t panic or be stressed out when they make a mistake because it’s only a small part of your life. She believes BookSmart illustrates you can still focus on school and enjoy your life out of school. She also says Easy A, Cinderella Story, and Breakfast club were her favorites high school based films growing up.

Beanie Fieldstein said she never broke the rules but she wasn’t a goody goody like the character she plays in the movie. Juno and Mean Girls were also her favorite high school movies growing up.

Katie Silberman spoke about how she got involved writing this hysterical masterpiece. She also plays our little trivia game based on classic high school films. Find out how she did down below.
