A young man was killed and at least seven other people, including four teenagers, were injured after gunfire rang out at a graduation party in Philadelphia on Sunday night. Commissioner Richard Ross told reporters at the scene that the party was “likely targeted.”
As of June 15th, 146 people have been the victim of homicides in Philadelphia this year, up 8% percent compared to the same period a year ago.
Commissioner Richard Ross says 90 percent of the homicides this year have been committed with guns.
