Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Perillo Charged With Animal Cruelty For Horse’s Death

Pennsylvania State trooper Michael Perillo was suspended without pay after hitting a loose horse with his patrol car multiple times to the point it had to be euthanized.

The state police internal affairs division has filed charges against Perillo. His bail was set at $50,000 during his arraignment Friday on two felony counts of aggravated animal cruelty and one count of the animal.
