Queen Elizabeth II tests positive for COVID-19, Buckingham Palace announces

Buckingham Palace has announced that the monarch tested positive for COVID-19 and is experiencing “mild cold-like symptoms.” It comes after Prince Charles, her eldest son and heir, confirmed he had the virus last week.

The Queen expects to continue light duties at Windsor over the coming week.” She will continue to receive medical attention and follow guidelines.
