Queen Sono Has Been Renewed For A Second Season

Netflix just announced that its first African Original series, QUEEN SONO has been RENEWED for a SECOND SEASON.

This 6-part series, starring Pearl Thusi in the title role, was Netflix’s first script-to-screen original production in Africa.

The action-packed series follows Queen Sono, the highly trained top spy in a South African agency whose purpose is to better the lives of African citizens. While taking on her most dangerous mission yet, she must also face changing relationships in her personal life.
