Rihanna attended a #StopAsianHate march in New York City with her assistant, Tina Truong.
The Bajan superstar was protesting against racial discrimination and violence targeting the Asian community in New York.
She was also caught on camera hilariously giving her Instagram handle to a protestor that didn’t recognize her at the #StopAsianHate march in New York City.
The global icon’s Clara Lionel foundation recently partnered up with Jack Dorsey Start Small initiative to donate $3 million dollars to support organizations supporting AAPI communities. The Centers for Study of Hate & Extremism published a report documenting changes in hate crime patterns in 2020 in 16 American cities.
