Jupiter Grey Drops Debut Album Fires on the Moon
Jupiter Grey is a rising alternative R&B artist, who has been impressing listeners for a while now with his lo-fi, hazy R&B sound. After a series of well-received releases over the last few years, including singles “Is It Ever The Same” and “From 80’s With Love,” he has just unveiled his brilliant debut album, Fires on the Moon. 19 tracks long, the project captures perfectly what fans have come to love and respect about the rising artist. He fuses retro ‘80s influences with modern soundscapes to create his own style, which allows him to stand out from his contemporaries. “Sanctuary of Silence” is one of the early favorites on the album, but the whole project is a great listen from start to finish and will surely draw in many new fans as Jupiter proves he is one to watch. Elaborating further on his new album, Jupiter says: “Fires on the Moon is about purpose and belief in yourself. It’s the first installment of a three-part trilogy I’ve been working on and is inspired by my love of the ‘80s and my origin story of Jupiter Grey. The whole album is produced by VaugeEightySix, who at the time of me wanting to create this album, had quit music. My inspiration and plan for the album inspired him to want to produce this concept for me. The process of making this project has been amazing and truly a blessing.” Check out the album below:
