Robert Forbes has died by getting ran over by Timothy Keith Moore while he was peacefully protesting. Many witnesses on the scene saw Moore run him over.
Instead of arresting Moore for running Forbes which ultimately lead to his death. Bakersfield polices officers just standed there and let him smoke a pack of cigarettes like he just didn’t a kill a man for no reason at all.
Moore has charges in 2020 for drug trafficking and charges in 2016 for spousal battery and public intoxication. He has a couple of nazi tattoos on his body as well.
