Rochester Police Officer Involved in the Death of Daniel Prude Won’t Face Charges, New York AG says

New York State Attorney General Letitia James announced on Tuesday that a grand jury voted not to indict any Rochester police officer on charges in connection with the death of Daniel Prude.

The officers were shown on body camera video holding Daniel Prude down naked and handcuffed until he stopped breathing.
