Tucson Police Department has fired Ryan Remington after fatally shooting a 61-year-old man in wheelchair nine times from behind while working off duty security for Walmart on Monday night after the man refused to show receipt.
Police Chief Chris Magnus spoke about Monday night shooting and revealed Richard Lee Richards shortly died right after getting shot.

Officer Ryan Remington fired nine shots and killed Richard Lee Richards, 61, as he rolled his motorized wheelchair toward the entrance of a Lowe’s in Tucson. He then tried to handcuff him as he lay dead on the ground. pic.twitter.com/wu5a43F5fT
Richard Lee Richards, did not have a firearm. He allegedly stole a tool box which led to Ryan Remington chasing him and ultimately gunning him down.
