Officer Aaron Torgalski of the Buffalo Police Department pushed a man to the ground in Niagara Square, Buffalo today, knocking him down and causing a bleeding head wound.

Buffalo PD officer Aaron Torgalski and his supervisors said this senior citizen “tripped and fell.” If we didn’t see this video we wouldn’t know the truth. The police should be honest and say “we cracked his skull open, left him bleeding and for dead until the national guard checked.”

Buffalo Police Commissioner Byron Lockwood has ordered the suspension of both officers involved in viral video in Niagara Square tonight. The man has reportedly only suffered a concussion.
