SZA's 'SOS' Spends A Sixth Week At #1 On The Billboard 200 Chart

SZA’s ‘SOS’ spent a sixth week at #1 on the Billboard 200, with 119,000 units earned. ‘SOS’ becomes the longest-running #1 female album released in 2022 on the Billboard 200.

It’s the first R&B album to spend six weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200 since Usher’s ‘Confessions’ in 2004.

‘SOS’ becomes the first R&B album by a woman to spend six weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200 since Mariah Carey’s ‘Daydream’ in 1995-96.

SZA, Taylor Swift, and Adele are the only female artists in the last 13 years to have an album spend at least six weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200.

Taylor Swift’s ‘Midnights’ is #2 on this week’s Billboard 200, with 73,000 units earned in its 13th week. It previously spent five weeks at #1.
