Tay-K Was Found Guilty Of Murder Faces 5 to 99 Years In Prison

Tay-K was found guilty of murder Friday for his part in a home invasion robbery that left a 21-year-old father dead and another man wounded.

The jury also found him guilty of aggravated robbery in connection with the robbery and shooting of Zachary Beloate. He also pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery related to two other victims inside the house.

Tay-K, whose real name is Taymor McIntyre, pleaded not guilty to capital murder in the death of Ethan Walker.

The jury found 19-year-old rapper Tay-K guilty of murder and robbery, NBC’s Dallas–Fort Worth affiliate reports.

According to NBC, he was not found guilty of capital murder, “which would have carried a mandatory 40-year sentence.” According to their report, he now faces “between five and 99 years in prison.”
