Taylor Frankie Paul, better known as a TikTok influencer and reality star because of her involvement in the show “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives”, declared on Easter Sunday her intention to “detach” from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which she grew up in.
“Born and raised Mormon (LDS), and I’ll always have love and respect towards it. I’ll even continue to go with my family at times.” This news was shared by Paul on Instagram.
According to the reality TV star, this decision comes after a very tough 40 days. “The last 40 days felt like hell on earth,” wrote Paul. The girl explained her choice with the need to develop spiritually. Despite this, Taylor is sure of believing in “Christ, God, the bible, the divine”. However, there is a feeling that “there is more out there to learn”.
All this information came against the background of new accusations against Paul in the case of domestic violence, which occurred in 2023. According to TMZ, the TikTok influencer was found guilty of aggravated assault. The video footage shows how Paul beat her boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen. During this incident, one of the kids of the TikToker, who was five at the time, got a hit in the head.
This case, which was discussed in the first episode of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives”, almost became the reason why Paul did not take part in the new season of “The Bachelorette”. As you know, filming of “Mormon Wives” has stopped for now, and Taylor’s participation in the project is still unknown.
