According to several media outlets, including The Hollywood Reporter, The Wrap and Variety, the Big Little Lies star is set to play Selina Kyle in the 2021 film. The news comes months after Robert Pattinson was announced for the title role.
The film directed by Matt Reeves comes out on June 25, 2021.
Kravitz joins Robert Pattinson who has the title role, Jeffrey Wright who is playing Commissioner Gordon and Jonah Hill who is in talks for a villain role, according to Deadline.
The recent casting of Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman in ‘THE BATMAN’ is not the first time she took on the role of Catwoman.
She also voiced Catwoman in Chris McKay’s ‘THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE’ which released in February 2017.
