The Ladies of ‘Married to Medicine’ Return with Fresh Faces and Major Drama in Season 11

Bravo’s guilty pleasure reality series Married to Medicine, where five physician friends navigate through an array of personal and professional challenges, premieres its season 11 this Sunday, Nov. 24, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The new episodes will be available to stream the day after their original broadcast on Peacock. Previous seasons of Married to Medicine are also available to stream on Peacock.

Picking up where they left off, the return of fan favorites Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb, Phaedra Parks, and Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford are back for another season of drama, growth, and complicated relationships. Additionally, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe returns this season as a friend of the ladies, while the group embraces a new friend, Dr. Mimi Sanders, a highly respected psychiatrist with a specialty in women’s mental health.

Buckle up for a highly emotional season, new friendships, and confrontations that are sure to happen. On the heels of these relationships, some cast members can’t wait to reattach themselves to others while some require apologies that are well overdue. The central question remains, Can the ladies reconnect and find the core again of their sisterhood, or will unresolved issues pull them further apart?

What’s Coming Up This Season

Dr. Jackie Walters is killing the professional game: taking care of her celebrity clientele and fighting for women’s health on a national scale. But being the peacemaker in this group puts her to the test, as conflicts between Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Contessa make waves right up to Jackie’s annual Med Gala.
Dr. Simone Whitmore is catching up on the relationship front but just can’t seem to shake off that ‘ ole lingering tension with Quad. Dr. Simone and her husband Cecil try to bring the group together on a relaxing trip to Key West, which quickly turns into chaos.
Dr. Heavenly Kimes tends to repair her friendships while still fighting her constant social media feuds. Meanwhile, her son Zachary is interning with her in dentistry; daughter Alaura is home from college, adding yet another layer to the family dynamics.
Toya Bush-Harris: While working overtime with Dr. Eugene building his wellness practice, Toya isn’t just holding her own in personal family life but also with the ladies. From a Beyoncé-themed photo shoot to hosting a “Bridgerton”-themed party, Toya speaks her mind and doesn’t hold back from hard conversations, but will that get her labeled overstepping?

• Quad Webb is back in the dating pool while extending an olive branch to the ladies in hopes of reviving the friendships. Quad also contemplates motherhood, but unresolved tensions remain.
• Full Plate: Between co-parenting her sons and juggling all of her many endeavors, the plate of Phaedra Parks, Esq. is always full, but when it comes to playing mediator for the group-things don’t exactly go as planned. Between the girls’ glamping trip and her Med Gala effort with Dr. Jackie, the drama unfolds in the most unexpected ways.
• Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford is living the married life with her hubby, Dr. G, and they’re already contemplating adding more babies to their brood. But just as Lateasha’s new dating business takes off, so does her friendship with Dr. Contessa, and both are about to hit some speed bumps with the approaching drama involving Dr. Heavenly.
• Dr. Contessa Metcalfe is ready for a fresh start with the ladies but still has her guard up against Dr. Heavenly’s sharp tongue. A big blowup will see if she’s able to move forward with the group.

Newest friend Dr. Mimi Sanders, psychiatrist, will be stirring the pot with her straight-up mannerisms that may rub some of her new friends the wrong way as she blends in. With a booming mental health practice and being married to pro football player Steve Sanders, Dr. Mimi is ready to show her presence among the cast of Married to Medicine.
