Like mother, like daughter: Zoe Kravitz stars in new TV series “High Fidelity,” reprised from a film her mother, Lisa Bonet, starred in.

HULU Original Series HIGH FIDELITY, premiered today on Valentine’s Day.

Based on the 1995 Nick Hornby novel and film of the same name, the all new 10-episode series reimagines the story of the music obsessive, perpetually heartbroken record store owner Rob Brooks (Zoe Kravitz) in 2020 Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

THREE REASONS:

  • First things first is you should never compare a TV show to a Movie. That doesn’t make any sense at all.
  • They play two different characters in their versions and Zoe is paying homage to her mother.
  • It’s black history month we gotta stop putting black people against each other especially if they are mother and daughter.
