An active-duty Air Force sergeant in the U.S. military, working out of NATO in Italy, is in hot water after a video surfaced online in which she criticizes U.S. military actions and refers to her commander in chief, “the Cheeto.”
The Right Angle News Network identified the service member in the video. In the viral video, she discusses her feelings about U.S. foreign policy, NATO, and the U.S. operation in Iran, among other issues. The video has exploded online, and many people are talking about it.
In the video, she discusses her work “for NATO here in Italy” and expresses her dismay about U.S. actions, including “the U.S. going to attack NATO.” However, she does not go into detail about the operation itself. It should be noted that the U.S. started NATO, a 32-member military alliance formed in 1949.
“NATO is amazing,” she says in the video. “It’s a wonderful thing. And it’s something that we need to stay.”
She discusses how the U.S. is not economically self-sustaining and needs to rely on foreign trade to survive.
“America is not self-sustaining,” she says in the video. “We don’t have the resources to uphold our lifestyle.”
She criticizes foreign policy, stating, “We’re not making friends, folks, and we can lose friends at a rapid rate.”
She drops a curse word in the video and apologizes “on the Cheeto’s behalf,” a reference to President Trump.
Do you think this sergeant should be kicked out of the military?
