Love And Hip-Hop Atlanta’s Tommie Lee could be facing over a half of a century in prison after being indicted by the state of Georgia on a myriad of child abuse charges.

No stranger to legal woes, the 34-year-old VH1 vixen reportedly faces a whopping 7 charges, three of which are felonies, for allegedly brutalizing her young daughter at the girl’s middle school in October.

Tommie, who’s been arrested and rearrested several times throughout the last couple of years allegedly went to her daughter’s school, disrupted her class, slapped her daughter on the hands with her purse strap, slapped her across the face, dragged her down the hall by her hair and threw her into a metal locker, according to the indictment filing obtained by TMZ.

If convicted as a result of the incident, the Love & Hip Hop star stands to be sentenced to a daunting 54 years behind bars.

Tommie was arrested twice in connection to this case. Once for the alleged assault, and again less than 24 hours later for violating a court order to stay away from her kid.

She reportedly went to see her daughter less than 3 hours after being released from jail.

Tommie, who is said to be quitting Love And Hip-Hop, has yet to openly comment on her indictment.
