Olivia Rodrigo gave fans a moment they’ll talk about for a long time during the opening weekend of her Unraveled Tour in Hartford, Connecticut. Her outfit change was seamlessly followed by the singer performing “Deja Vu” live for the first time during the 2021 tour.
The video of the event became a social media sensation as Olivia Rodrigo opened the Unraveled Tour on Friday night by giving the first show at PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford. She’ll perform two shows at the venue on Sept. 25 and 26, with special guests Wolf Alice.
The Unraveled Tour is a North American, European, and U.K. tour spanning 65 dates and promoting the singer’s third studio album, “You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love,” released on June 12 via Geffen Records. The tour is planned to end on May 10, 2027, in the O2 Arena in London.
The show consists of four acts: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, with a combination of new songs and songs from her previous albums. The Spring act ends with an outfit change, while “Deja Vu” is performed fully during the encore act, along with “All American Bitch” and “Expectations.”
“Deja Vu,” the second single from Olivia Rodrigo’s 2021 album “Sour,” climbed to No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has remained her fan favorite throughout her touring career. The return of “Deja Vu” alongside songs like “Drop Dead,” “The Cure,” and “Stupid Song” gave fans nostalgic moments at the Connecticut tour premiere.
The new album has become one of this year’s most successful pop releases, earning strong critical acclaim for its confessional lyrics and her growth as an artist, and reaching No. 1 in more than 20 countries. “Drop Dead,” the album’s lead single, released on April 17, opens the tour setlist.
Olivia Rodrigo previously performed two tours: “Sour” in 2022 and “Guts” in 2024–2025, her largest to date, with 102 shows across five continents. In August, she got prepared for the tour by organizing her first Daisy Chain Fields music festival, featuring Chappell Roan, Doechii, and Garbage as the lineup curator.
Following the Hartford show, the tour continues with shows at Capital One Arena in Washington, Oct. 3 and 4.
